POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the main point of contact for inside sales operations. You will offer both technical and commercial support to customers, manage orders and quotations, and work closely with logistics and outside sales to ensure seamless service. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about building strong customer relationships.
Job Duties:
Act as the primary contact for all inside sales activities and customer communications.
Provide technical and commercial advice to customers professionally and accurately.
Respond to inquiries from the sales inbox.
Review and oversee orders and quotations before and after approval.
Follow up on issued quotations.
Manage assigned customer accounts and develop long-term relationships.
Keep detailed, up-to-date information in ERP (Exact Synergy) and CRM systems.
Assist with inventory management, logistics, and shipment preparations.
Work with outside sales and logistics to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Maintain high standards across all departmental operations.
JOB EXPECTATIONS

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of pump technology and related industry products (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems (Exact Synergy), CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
Strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurial mindset.
Skilled in negotiation, strategic thinking, and decision-making.
High interpersonal sensitivity and a team-oriented attitude.
Results-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused.
Ability to prioritize, work independently, and stay organized under pressure.
Comfortable handling confidential information and managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

Position is based on 44 hours/week. Over-time and after-hours may be required with proper notice.
