POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for independently commissioning installations. You play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships through excellent service and communication. Additionally, you are always looking for improvements and optimizations of our installations.
Job Duties:
Independently carrying out the commissioning of installations.
Provide technical support to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships through good service and clear communication.
Collaboration with General Manager to optimize workflows.
Identifying and reporting improvements and optimizations to installations.
Ensuring detailed documentation of installations, maintenance, and work performed
JOB EXPECTATIONS
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to independently commission, maintain, and optimize water treatment installations while delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, work well in a team, and be committed to growing their skills in a dynamic, physically demanding role.
Key Requirements:
A diploma or certificate in a technical field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, automation) or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or automation systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, proactive approach to technical work.
Eagerness to learn and grow technical skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in English.
Valid safety certification (or a willingness to obtain one within a specified time).
Ability to work in a physically demanding role with occasional heavy lifting.
Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and processes.
